I absolutely LOVE to work with high school seniors! Maybe it’s because I have boys of my own that age or perhaps it’s because I love how unique and individual young adults are these days. I remember back to my senior pictures in the *ahem* 80’s and we were all so cookie-cutter the same back then……we all went to the same photographer and all the pictures pretty much looked the same but now kids know exactly what they want and how they want their pictures to look too and they find just the photographer who can provide that for them, I just love that! I’ve had seniors use their musical instruments, college acceptance letters, sports equipment, vehicles, pets, schools, books, cameras or athletic fields as backdrops or props in their photos just to give you some ideas. I pride myself in making my seniors feel extremely comfortable in front of the camera and we always end up having a great time together which, to me, is the ultimate compliment! If you have a senior and are shopping around for just the right photographer, feel free to leave me a comment below or in the contact link above if you have questions, would like to schedule a session or might even like to meet up before you decide on a photographer, and I will get back to you right away. Thanks for stopping by and considering me for your photography needs!
Florida Gulf Shores beach. Beautiful seaside home for all to enjoy. Girls in lovely shades of sea glass green. Men in khaki, suspenders and bare feet. A groom in linen and a bride in lace. Friends & family gathered together from all over the country. Love, tears of happiness and fun had by all. This is Cary & Mekalye’s wedding……
I’ve practically watched Bryana grow up over the years as I’ve been friends with her parents for many years now so I was beyond honored when they approached me with the idea of photographing her wedding. We met up on a friend’s lovely piece of property in Garden Ridge along with 2 beautiful longhorns named Hershey & Oreo who definitely wanted in on the photo action, and had a great time all working together in harmony. Thanks to Glenda for letting us use your property and thank you to Mike & Bryana for choosing me as your photographer. I’m looking forward to your February 2015 wedding!
I’ve known this little cutie ever since she was born as her older brother and my youngest son practically grew up together so I was excited when her mom contacted me about doing a fun pin-up girl type shoot for her. She did such a great job of styling Swayzee and picking outfits and accessories for her so she looked simply adorable and was so easy and agreeable to work with! Enjoy your sneak peeks!!

For many of us school has already begun and although I know life can be hectic and crazy getting back into a routine and early schedule, it is especially hectic when you have a high school or college senior. There is so much to be done when you have a senior but one thing you can do early in the school year and mark off your lengthy to-do list is have their senior pictures taken. It’s nice to take them in the Fall when temps have cooled off a bit and locations aren’t as busy as they are in the summer and around the holidays so if this sounds enticing to you then I hope you’ll consider booking your senior’s photo session with me. I’ve been doing this for 6+ years now and have kids in high school myself so I take pride in the fact I feel very comfortable around teens and always get them to relax and have fun during their photo session. My goal is for their photographs to reflect THEM and what they look like and are into at that particular point in time. There are all sorts of styles of locations we can utilize and I’m more than happy to do everything I can to make your photo session everything you hoped it would be! As well as high school seniors, I love to work with college seniors as you can see below…….I traveled to San Marcos to take photos of Miss Britney on the campus of her alma mater, Texas State University.
