Joey was the 3rd sibling in his family whose senior pictures I had taken as I had also photographed his 2 older sister in previous years. It’s always such an honor and the ultimate pat on the back when a family hires you multiple times and I’m SO thankful to those of you who do hire me more than once! Joey was a blast to work with and as you’ll see below, he’s a natural in front of the camera and is Justin Beiber’s total doppleganger which made my job fun since I’m a total Belieber! 🙂 Thanks again, Cavenaugh family, it was a blast exploring fun places to shoot with you and I adore you all. XOXO

A mild cool Long Island, NY day. A bride surrounded by her family & best friends while she’s getting ready. A handsome groom who is calm and ready to marry his soul-mate. A lovely sea-side venue with gorgeous views and wonderful light. Beautiful details everywhere you look to delight the senses. A reception of a delicious dinner, cannoli wedding cake and lots and lots of dancing and laughter……..this is Austin & Crystal’s wedding……..

  • Danielle Muller - wonderful photos my lovely friend – the day was made that much more special because you were a part of it! xoxo

Have I mentioned that I LOVE the idea of a day-after session? Yes, it might be a daunting thought that you have to put your tux or dress back on the day after your wedding and have your hair & makeup done all over again BUT the times I’ve done sessions like this have been so worth it and my couples were always so pleased that they did things this way and that we didn’t have to worry about getting enough shots of them on their actual wedding day. Austin & Crystal invited me up to Long Island to photograph their wedding day and do a day-after session and I wanted to share some of my favorites from that session with you. We shot it on a chilly Sunday morning when the temps were below freezing when we first began and winds were still gusty due to the recent nor’easter front that moved through a couple of days prior but you would never know it by looking at these lovebirds! We were able to shoot some pictures inside the Camellia House on the property of  Planting Fields Arboretum but most were taken out on the property which is just amazingly beautiful, even in the winter time. See for yourself………
